As anyone who’s ever undergone a radical body transformation knows, it’s not just skin-deep: There’s a profound emotional shift that occurs, often after you have reached your goal, it can take your brain a while to catch up. The idea of finding the sweet spot where body and mind meet is very evident when I work with and weigh my clients every week at our clinic.

No one could believe the evidence—in the form of smaller sizes and once-forbidden styles—that they have come this far. Their minds are finally catching up with their bodies as they get comfortable in their new skin and it is a wonderful thing to witness. For this reason, I am compassionately dedicated in assisting my clients in achieving their health and weight loss goals, through educating them on weight loss as a lifestyle for lasting success.

I am highly experienced with the Ideal Protein protocol. I believe in the importance of continuing education. I regularly attend national and local conferences in the fields of weight loss, obesity, and coaching to help my clients in their wellness success.
